So give your kids another snack, take a deep breath, and let's dive into today's episode where we'll start creating your harmonious Mompreneur life.

Okay? Hey, friend. Welcome to another episode of Harmonious Mompreneur, and I am excited about this episode.

I have been talking about the Harmony by Design framework for the past couple of weeks on social media and behind the scenes. I have been working on it, and it's time for it to finally go out into the world.

And you can think of this as the best of the best compilation of all of my experience over the years and all of the strategies I've used, all of the products and services I have created. And it's been refined and packaged nicely into this framework. So I'm excited to get it into your hands today.

And getting it here was not, you know, it didn't come without its challenges. So I've refined the framework over the past couple of weeks. I've named and renamed the six phases.

And even today, when I went to record this episode, the first recording that I did, I recorded for 18 minutes and there was no sound. So this is my second take of this episode, but it's here, and I'm sharing this information with you today.

And the Harmony by Design framework is special to me because it's not just about business systems. This is life and business strategy redesign for the female or mom entrepreneur who is ready to build something that's sustainable.

We are redesigning rhythms, structures, systems, and we're doing it in a way that is rooted in real life. It's rooted in values and not just hustle, not toxic productivity. And there's no burnout required.

And I think many women are craving that in this season because the pace that we have been going at for so long has been fast. We have been told that we need to hustle in order to be successful and.

And There have been many people who have experienced burnout because of that, many people who have not been able to live in their dreams or see them actualized because burnout took over the process.

And so through the harmony by design framework, all of that is going to be changed and women are going to really change the way that they live and that they lead. So I'm excited, but I'm also a little bit nervous. Not nervous in a bad way, but just, you know, excited nervousness.

Because this framework and the private partnership that's attached to it, which is my one to one service, this is requiring me to show up in a way that I have not had to show up before in the online space. Traditionally, I've talked about business systems and to be quite honest, it's easy for me to hide behind business systems.

But with this framework, it requires me to dig deeper, it requires me to show up in a bigger way, it requires more emotional strategy, capacity and energy. And it, it requires me to reveal more of my identity, right?

And so being my full true self so that I can help you tap into your full and true self and desires. And so that's where the nervousness comes from a little bit.

But it's good because I'm finally able to step from behind the system, the systems curtain, if you will, and really dig deeper into things that are going to be life changing, things that deal with legacy, right?

Because this isn't just a redesigning of your life and your business systems rhythms and structures, it's going to shape how your children will experience you as a mother and in turn that will affect how they show up in the world. So it's more than business systems. This truly is legacy work.

And so now I am showing up in this way and holding space for those women who are high performing, but also deeply mothering, right? For the moms who want to build the businesses and the lives that their kids don't have to heal from.

Because let's be honest, when you are showing up burnt out, when you are showing up with a hustle mentality, when you're prioritizing business because you feel like you have to get those things done, your children don't receive the best version of you and that in turn affects their development, to be quite honest, emotionally, and then how they show up and interact with other people in the world.

And so again, for the moms who want to build the businesses and lives that their kids don't have to heal from, and I'm not saying that this is like the end all, be all because regardless of how we raise our children, even if we have the best of intentions or if we do our absolute best, there are going to be some things that children may perceive or interpret a different way than it was intended, which may affect them negatively, which was not our intent. But I think on the front end, there's a lot more that we can do to make sure that we're showing up as our best selves.

So at the end of the day, we can say, I gave my best, not I wish I would have spent more time with my children, or I wish I gave a better version of myself to my kids. Okay, so I'm holding space now for these moms, for these women, and also for the woman who has built success, who looks successful on paper.

But now you're in a space where you really want to begin to feel it, right? You want to enjoy the fruits of your labor. So that's what we're going to be doing through the Harmony by Design framework and my private partnership.

Okay, so in today's episode, I'm going to go through the first three phases. This is a six phase framework. And then in the next episode, I will go through the final three phases. All right, so let's get right into this.

So the first phase is deconstruct. And y' all know I like to define things. So for each phase, I'm going to give you the definition of the actual word. So design is an acronym.

Harmony by Design. The design is an acronym. And so each letter stands for a different word. So phase one is deconstruct.

Deconstruct means to take apart or examine something in order to reveal the basis or composition, often with the intention of exposing biases, flaws, or inconsistencies. Now, when I read that definition, I was like, yes, this is exactly what we are going to be doing in this phase of the framework.

And it's necessary for this to be the first phase. Okay. Each phase kind of feeds off of the previous one. So what are we going to be deconstructing? We are going to be deconstructing beliefs.

Now, these are going to be beliefs that have kept you where you are. The beliefs that keep you chasing productivity instead of being present. The ones that keep you in the hustle mindset instead of resting. Right.

The beliefs that have shaped your current actions, your patterns, your habits.

And this is not necessarily to say that all the beliefs are wrong or that all of the beliefs are flawed, but we really need to identify what are the beliefs that you have that have contributed to how you have been showing up that have contributed to your habits.

And then we are going to analyze to see are these beliefs beneficial for you or are they detrimental to who you truly are and to the goals you are trying to reach? All right, so that is the first phase. And within each phase, we go through different exercises to get us to a specific end goal. All right?

There are certain questions that are going to be answered, and there's kind of like frameworks within the framework. So if we work together one to one in the harmony by design, private partnership, you'll go through all of those exercises with me.

Okay, so that's the first phase. Deconstruct. We are deconstructing beliefs because our beliefs determine our actions.

I believe that this chair is going to hold me up, so I'm going to sit down in the chair. And so again, we are going to deconstruct the beliefs.

We're going to take them apart, we're going to examine them, and we're going to see which ones do we need to keep, which ones do we need to toss out, which ones do we need to reestablish, which ones need to be adopted? Right, so this is an examination of our beliefs. That's the first phase. Deconstruct. Then the second phase is establish.

Establish means to institute permanently to make firm or stable. Now, in this phase, we are establishing priorities and boundaries, not just for fun, but ones that honor your true self.

Not who you think you should be, not who someone told you should be, but who you are truly at your core. Not who social media says you should be, but who you truly are or who you truly desire to be.

Okay, now establishing the definition, mentioned the word permanently. But we're not. We're not establishing these priorities and boundaries permanently in perpetuity. Right? This is just permanently in this season.

That means that this is the priority and it's not changing in this season. In a different season, you might have different priorities.

In a different season, you may need to change your boundaries because you find that the ones that you had were not working or you found that you have more discipline. So you need to strengthen your boundary or change your boundary. Okay?

Now, priority means something, something given or meriting attention before competing alternatives. And as women, as mothers, there are a lot of things that are competing for our attention.

And so in order to be able to manage it all in a way that is, of course, harmonious, but in a way that feels good to us and in a way that is productive without it being toxic, we need to have priorities. We need to identify those things that are superior in rank compared to everything else that is that is vying for our attention.

Okay, so that's what the priority is. So we'll go through some exercises to help you define what your priorities are in this season. And then we establish the boundary.

And the boundary is important because the boundary is the thing that is going to protect the priority. How does the priority stay the priority? By establishing boundaries. And a boundary is something that indicates or fixes a limit or extent.

Okay, so let's just say you establish that one of your priorities in this season is rest. So what are those limits that you need or extents that you need to implement that will make sure that rest stays a priority?

This may look like you saying, okay, I need to go to bed by 10pm because I wake up at 5am and I need to make sure I get enough sleep at night. This may say, I'm going to put my phone in a different room so I'm not scrolling at night so I can get my sleep. So we'll go through.

When we work together one to one in the private partnership, everything is based on you, is based on your personal life. Okay? So there's no templates.

The only thing that, that we are working from that's going to be the same from person to person is the framework, because the framework is the guide.

But everything else is custom to who you are as a person and how you actually truly live and the goals that you have for yourself, where you're trying to go. Okay, so that's what we do in phase two, we establish priorities and boundaries. And then in phase three, Phase three is structure.

When I looked up the word structure, it gave the word construct as a synonym. And that means to, to make or form by combining or arranging parts or elements. Okay, so we're basically building, we're putting something together.

So what are we putting together? In this phase, we are structuring rhythms. Rhythms that reflect your real capacity, your actual life, and again, your true desires. All right?

Now I mentioned earlier how this is more than just business systems. This work is deeper than that. This is legacy work. And this is going to require you to, to really be honest.

It's going to require you to do some self reflection, is going to require you to question your actions, to question how you have been living and showing up. And it's going to require willingness on your part to do things differently if necessary.

Okay, and so as we are structuring the rhythms, how are we able to structure rhythms that reflect your real capacity? So in the, in the private partnership, before we start going through the framework, there's pre work that needs to be done.

And a part of that pre work is doing a time study. How do you actually spend your time?

And there is lots of information that we gather from that time study to really see what are all of the things you're responsible for, how much time does it take you to do all of the things that you do. From that we're able to identify what your true capacity is.

We're also able to analyze and see, hey, I've, I've said that this particular thing is a priority, but does my time study reflect that?

From that we're able to make adjustments and in this phase, we are structuring your rhythms that reflect your real capacity, your actual life and your true desires. Now, I mentioned rhythms because this is not going to be a rigid routine. A rhythm is more flexible.

And with all of the demands that we have as wives, as mothers, as business owners, all the things we need flexibility embedded in everything that we do. So we're structuring something that is flexible. It's a rhythm, but it's going to make sense for you. Okay?

In this phase, this is where we move from being scattered. This is where we move from being reactive in our day to day lives.

And we move into a space that is more intentional, we move into a space that is more grounded.

We move into a space of leadership because we are lead our actions, we are leading our day and we are going to stop chasing a routine that doesn't fit our real lives. Okay? This is where work life harmony, this is where work life integration actually starts to take place. So those are the first three phases.

Deconstruct, establish and structure.

And like I mentioned before, if we work together one to one in the private partnership, I'll be taking you through each of these phases and going through the exercises that are assigned to each phase so we can get you to a space where you are enjoying the success that you have created for yourself, where you're no longer in a hustle mentality, where you are coming off of the edge of burnout, where rest is embedded into your day to day life and it's not a reward for the hustle that you have been doing. And you're, you're building a sustainable life, a life that you are proud of again, A life that your children don't have to heal from.

You're building a business that can run without your constant input. And what I love about this framework and just the work that's being done through it is that it's not just focused on your business.

This is life and business strategy because one affects the other. And we need to start paying attention to both and stop acting like we can operate in our businesses, in our lives, in silos, because we cannot.

We just cannot. And so I've just opened up the applications for the Harmony by Design Private Partnership.

If you want to be a part of this experience, if you want to be one of the first people to go through the experience, go ahead, click the link in the show notes. All of the details are there. There are some fun perks for those who are the first to experience the Private Partnership.

Or is it structuring a rhythm that reflects your real capacity, actual life, and true desires? I want to hear from you me on Instagram. All right, in the next episode, I'm giving you the final three phases of the Framework. Come back and listen.
